I think the PTC is sleeping......there is a perfect solution, that is to increase the fare so that the service can go up. Doh!

This incident has me thinking about the possibility of a doomsday scenario
With so much useless dead wood in the Spore gov't & GLCs I worry that one day, the whole of Spore grinds to a stop because of an "honest mistakes"
When these breakdowns become more common in Spore , companies will start relocating to places like Bangkok, KL, etc.....
