'As China opens up more to the world, and as more Chinese travel and operate overseas and become used to international norms and ways of doing business, they will have a wider choice of partners and networks to work with.'

There is zero danger for a law suit.

The danger is in a Minister specific strategy against Minister Lui.
 
I have learnt from those who know Lui that he was quite garung and decisive. I think Saw will be removed this time (not immediately though as their SOP is to take action only after the issue has been forgotten). This incident is too serious, i.e. passengers trapped in tunnel without assistance for an hour.

They are now complaining that the commuters, were unreasonable, their Template ( new tai chi term) is , "we have UBS on board the trains"..translated " U Bloody Stupid" (UBS) commuters on board the trains. :D
