Yesterday in an unprecedented civil defense exercise, 1400 civilian volunteers participated in an emergency exercise on board the north south bound train. The exercise was a success & the relevant authorities show competence in handling & ensuring a smooth flow of operation despite the service breakdown! More of such exercises will be scheduled & unwilling participants are expected to just shut the hell up & bear with it as it is for the greater good of the nation!

Yup,this news is too big a story to hide so blatantly.Hence it hit the front page.I an sure most of the prostitutes in the Braddell brothel were fuming too since it must have hit them hard as they are very dependent on Bradell MRT station which is just next to their den.

Interviews lah.The first thing any reporter worth his/her salt would be there to interview those affected.Just watch CNN,BBC or what not.They would be there with their camera man on tow interviewing commuters first hand---that is called News.Not obfuscations released by SMRT as how events unfolded.The drama is missing.

Where did the CEO go?In any disaster you can expect the CEO on ground zero; at least meeting the press and giving assurances and personal apology.This one is missing in action.Nothing heard;not even a press release.

If anyone of you had been stationed or visited Malaysia frequently enough, you would have noticed the service standard provided by Malaysian to know that this SAW shit is just acting as herself!

Businesses are set up in Malaysia by Malaysian as a privilege for you consumers, they are doing you a bloody gigantic favour when they sell you something!
Salesperson are always not available from Monday to Thursday & they are too busy catching up on what they did not do for the past four days on Friday & it is off days for them on Saturday & Sunday! Do not ever expect follow up once they've sold anything to you!
IN retail business, when you have a complain, the person handling your case is always a newcomer despite working there for the past twenty years!
In lifestyle products like cars, what they do not have is something that can never be sold in Malaysia because nobody wants it! E.g ESTIMA one of the best selling MPV in Malaysia but nobody wants it according to Toyota Malaysia! Plenty of Honda Oddysey on the Malaysian roads but according to Honda Malaysia, no market for this model! And yes coupe & convertibles nobody will ever buy according to most if not all car agents! Try looking at Bukit Bintang during party hours and you will discover the non demand of coupe & convertibles!

They will not improve on their service in terms of reliability & frequency because there's simply no demand by commuters! Very apt observation.I totally concur about this Malaysian attitude.Such sickening service culture practically seeps through Malaysians.
And their ARROGANCE !.....as if they want you on your bended knees to to sell you their wares.

Most Singaporeans do not venture further than City Square in JB for their purchases .Hence it may shock them since all sales staff are more than eager to serve Singaporeans.That is a false notion.They smile at you becuse it's only once a week for exorbitant profits.beyond that everything about Malaysians is exactly as what you said.

But I reckon this Saw CEO thingy goes further.I figure she is the female version of MBT.Her lack of service arrogance must have been mistaken for tough minded decision maker.Something LKY cherishes.And being a KL born buddy must have endeared her to Ho Ching>wIth such godpa and godma why does she need to bother about you and me.

Kudos to SMRT for speedy response to sudden power failure.

The SMRT got the thumbs up from commuters for their handling of the unexpected power failure yesterday evening. Madam Wong, who takes the train on a daily basis, said that the staff handled the breakdown very well and she had full confidence that she would be safe despite the discomfort. "There was no panic at all." she told the ST. "The staff were well trained to handle the situation. I would not hesitate to continue using the train daily."... etc etc
