Getting Old. Don't sleep much

2 things will get me to sleep fast and sound -

1) Sex
2) bit of alcohol

Coffee is a big no-no!
 
Cannot go out "tau jiak" . What do you do on sleepless nights?

I have no problem sleeping. I fall asleep easily, anywhere, anytime.

I have a problem getting out of bed. And staying awake. At seminars, sometimes I nod off and snore.

Have been like that since BMT.

When I think of how to make ChioBu happy, I can spend all night day dreaming.

Likewise, if I want to sleep, all I have to do is think of ..
 
I ended up taking night walks, helps a bit after some sweat. Have to resist the urge to walk towards support haunts.
 
Skinny nigger joint works for me. Two or three hits of a good weed is all it takes.

Yomeishu is for energy and general well-being, You take a shot b4 having a meal, You instantly feel slightly revitalized after the shot, I still do..Since i take 2 shots a day.

You need at least few hrs in-between exercising and going to bed, Since exercising makes you more alert of cos it will be much difficult going to bed.

Drink a huge glass of water before going to bed.

Friend, you have sleep apnea problem. Sleep apena is identified as a health problem or disease. Find a sleep apena doctor to recommend a machine to correct your sleeping problem. google search sleep apnea to find out more information.

You will not get tired, feel sleepy all day once you have resolve this problem.

Dont take doctor medicine to bring you too sleep, You will end up being dependent on it for the rest of your life. You will constantly need it to go to sleep and all this will end up having lots of side effects.... etc.. Liver/kidney problems and will lead to depression.

Dont go and seek doctor help.... You know yourself the best.. Take a good look at your daily lifestyle etc.. Habits/level of stress/diet... Also Take note of caffeine intake etc Coffee, tea , soda ... If you exercise take..How long b4 you go to bed. Its your body and you should understand why you are having troubles going to bed.. Self Reflect and Think deep.
 
Btw the older you get the less sleep you get.. But it will be more noticeable when you hit 50...One reason is you are not as active as before.
 
I usually sleep around 7 hours a day but not all at once:( Usually I have a noon nap from 1300hrs to 1500hrs, then a long sleep from 0000hrs to 0500hrs. Wake up at 5am to join the rest of my age group in morning tai ji exercice in the park then morning breakfast. Talk cock at the coffeeshop till 10am then do marketing. Followed with cooking lunch and dinner with wife. After lunch check the stocks, noon naps follow with some light reading and TV watching or plastic modeling before dinner. After dinner log on to SBF, theync, youtube for a few laughs.

I've taken Melatonin & 5 HTP which are supplements that support the body with sleep. Unlike drugs you don't develop a dependence on it, like what happened to Michael Jackson.
I've never heard of people getting addicted to Valerian Root:confused:

I had problems getting sleep because of the construction that was going on next door but fortunately it's almost complete & I have no problems sleeping:)
 
6 hours just nice. less got headache. more got headache. 6 hours with proper exercise everyday just right. no alcohol. no coffee and no tea before sleep. surely die one. sleep too much early death. sleep too little early death. just sleep enough and continue to enjoy the world....so much to see but so little money and so little time...nevermind, try a bit of kindness like our beloved Teresa....RIP dear.
