reminds me of a MP walk around session in my estate. The units the MP are going to visit has been pre-planned by the RC running dogs. You can be sure the MP will not be seeing any 'problematic' units. This is how the running dogs do, they will go recce the pleasat looking units first and inform the residents of selected units that MP will be visiting them. Those undesirable units are skipped.
