Sudden death near Redhill MRT

An old man collapsed and died near a coffeeshop at Redhill MRT yesterday.
Those at the scene say the old man had suddenly collapsed on the pavement outside the coffeeshop at about 5pm on 28 November.
A broken umbrella could be seen at the spot where the man had fallen.
A doctor from a nearby clinic went to help the man but he could not be resuscitated.
Police soon arrived to cordon off the area. The man's body was also brought under shelter and placed in the infamous "death tent".
According to a statement from the police, a Chinese man in his early sixties was discovered along the walkway of Block 75D, Redhill Road.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics at about 5pm.
The police have classified the case as an unnatural death.
