How do you find the Chinese predictive text input in your Windows OS ?

Even a PSLE kid will find it extremely irritating because it could never predict simple Chinese phrases. I'm surprised that APPLE can even predict the most difficult Chinese proverbs.

Is Windows doing any thing about it ?

No!, Ms Windows is like the party PAP, you are paying for a "brand name", which cost you a 'bomb' & "fark' you everyday for your mistake in buying that brand name.
