1. bro, take this from me.
2. i am into industrial relations and labour counselling thing.
3. in today's context, an employee can an asset today, come tomorrow, the same individual can become a total liability.
4. an employer is just an employer with not much sentiment or goodness or what.
5. in a nutshell, it is an employment.
