i think the new law about spamming our mobiles without permission is illeegal. hence, to make it leegal, they would have to con for our approval and endorsement. to enhance that, they fake up some prizes which may entice many to fall for their bag of tricks.

singtel doesn't give treats. they are good at disguising their treats for tricks.
