Why is Mah Bow Tan not in the PAP'S CEC?

The CEC met on Tuesday, May 31st 2011 and agreed to the new line-up as shown below. The CEC also appointed Grace Fu as the new chair of the Women’s Wing and Teo Ser Luck to continue as YP Chairman.

Dear Frens, Lim Hwee Hua lost her seat,,,,shouldnt she be ask to leave as she is not an 'elected' representative anymore? CEC can sack PAP members, and if PAP MP gets sack, he/she looses the seat, so unelected party members control elected MPs? this is ridiculous right? what about George Yeo too?
