Good lord, so much for a dignified campaign! Sharon Au is one of seven speakers today at the rally. And the only one mentioned by name - six unamed "others" will join her. TT has been misguided in using Sharon. The credentials for her taking the stage is because she is a friend of his daughter Patricia. Obviously, TT is not aware that Sharon lost her star power many years ago and is in fact viewed unfavourably by heartlanders for being a fake.

But maybe it is appropriate that the Getai strategy be adopted - it is the Seventh Month afterall.

I have never like Sharon Au since the day she started her career with TCS. No talent, no wits, no presentation skill and a very plastic expression. Her big break came when all those anchors like Guo Liang, Quan YiFeng went over to Channel U. When the 2 stations merged again, she was smart to get out of the country and the tv station via a scholarship.
