[h=2]West Brom boss Hodgson: Unwise for FA to choose another foreign coach for England
[/h]by tribalfootball.com

Roy Hodgson
West Bromwich Albion

West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson isn't against another foreigner succeeding Fabio Capello as England coach.
Having managed Switzerland, Finland and the UAE, he even said he would struggle to argue against the appointment of another foreign manager.
But he then said: "It would be very unwise of the FA to go down another route because I’m pretty sure the country is now in the mood for an Englishman managing their national team."
Is he not put off by "the impossible job"? He says no.
"I think it’s impossible to be liked while you’re doing it,’ he said. ‘You might get sanctified afterwards like Bobby (Robson) and Terry (Venables) did to some extent."

The problem is, there is not much qualified Englishman to do the job. Harry Redknape is the only name that comes close. Everyone country needs foreign talents to fill up positions whereby their citizens cannot fulfill or do not want to fulfill (example, construction workers, road sweepers) I believe most countries including Singapore are not against FTs. The problem starts when they actually swarms our country, take up jobs meant for Singaporeans and tell us what we should and should not be doing.
