This is to let the forum know which members can issue infractions and to also inform these members that they are not to issue infractions for reasons other than he stated which indirectly means he doesn't want these forummers to misuse their powers by giving infractions to members they don't agree with as in personal issues.

The reason for shifting the goal post is at post #45.

And the victim who complained to Leongsam after getting banned consecutively is at post #47.

You can either be in the Alfrescian (Inf) category or the Moderator category. You can't be in both.

As a moderator, you can give infractions throughout the forum.
