my cousin is a property agent...was chit chatting with him just now during dinner at my aunty place...seems like there are many FT ahneh looking for HDB flat to rent, but nobody wanto rent to ahneh....all the landlord state their condition clearly -STRICTLY NO AHNEH!... doesn't matter whether individual rooms or whole unit...LOL...even our local ahneh also dont wanto rent to FT ahneh...LOL....ask them to rent condo, they say too expensive, wanto share 3-4 person to one room...condon owner all also dont want...LOL....lots of FT ahneh now headache liao...heard dat many are going to MPS and try get MIW MP for help to rent direct from HDB...

My worst tenant was a chow Ang Moh scumbag. Never paid his rent without some arm twisting, burnt holes in the carpet, destroyed my washing machine, whole place stank of booze and cigarettes whenever I visited. I threw him out after a year. His rental deposit wasn't enough to cover the damage. I took him to court to squeeze more money out of him. Fuck those Ang Mohs.

Most people thinks of the stereotypical Ah nehs with the smell, curry etc. When in actual fact the Ah nehs can be as diverse as the Chinese in many ways. Her surname is not even your typical Ah neh surname but has an European origin in it. So it won't be as spicy as you think.
