Sam takes feedback seriously? Is this joke of the day? I have been complaining about the stability of this website for weeks, but Sam is too meow to upgrade servers.

my computer have problem, i think your computer skill need improving, go to uncle yap and learn to use computer, then come back here.
 
In any service industry we must take customer's feedback seriously or else we will lose them eventually...

I doubt he does as he was insisting it was fine his end. Most likely he has found the same thing happening when he experienced difficulty, that he decided to do it. I was pretty pissed when a long posting I submit was lost after submission. I have to redo the whole essay.

When you have a long essay and the database is encountering problem, best is to copy it with your mouse, which i do (or on a notepad if not too troublesome).

Yes both pics were hotlinked direct from sammyboyforum which has been blocked by companies and some countries. Problem solved. :D
