Ah Bian's son Chen Zhizong would love this phone:

One card for his political activities.
One card for his wife.
One card for his family and friends.
One card for errrrr, other activities. :D

I did planned to get and use such a phone in prc, too troublesome carrying two or more handphones:(

1. one local prc sim for ktv mei meis,
2. another prc sim for offical calls,
3. the last a singapore sim card

But no one could answer my query; What if a local prc call on prc sim, and an international call on my singapore sim came in at the same time? Will crash and hang or not

Not bad so many sim cards in 1 phone.

Will the phone get the calls mixed up? Will it hang often?

There's a reason why it seems only prc phones have more than 1 sim in them. I think it's due to overload of the phone's mem and cpu if too many sim cards are used especially if it's a smart phone. Unless of course the phone doesn't have smart phone capabilities.

They have different ring tones for each incoming lines. :)

I am using one with 3 SIM made in china whenever I am overseas.
So far so good but though touted as smart phone (looks like BB knockoff), I have never used for more than calls and sms.
Used to carry the samsung dual sim phone before this. No problems also. Now I can carry one phone less when overseas, really save the hassle from carrying different phones and chargers and SMS and different keys on various phones.

I wonder if these phones can manage to do smartphone stuff like surf on net, d/l stuff with more than 1 sim card.

Btw you ever got your numbers mixed up? Like replying to the wrong sms with the wrong number.

There are these handphone that I used which are 2 SIM cards. Generally works. Except of course can not talk on both line at the same time. If you talk on any 1 line, the other line will be also getting engaged tone when callers happen to be calling at the same time. For me this is OK still because I am not so busybody to need to speak on so many lines at one time. Not suitable for say housing agents, whose calls are their rice-bowls and must answer.

True but a human can only speak to 1 person at 1 time.

I mean you don't mean to tell me that the housing agent would answer both his phones at the same time and speak to 2 ppl at the same time?

That's what happened to Ah Bian's son actually.
He was trying to speak to his wife and the pimp at the same time, using 2 different hps.
Unfortunately, when the details of the conversation with the pimp was revealed in court, so were the details of the conversation with his wife! :D

Wow! I tell you man, I responded to an advert and called some tel number, and got this woman 三姑六婆 answered, asked me to hold on please, and I realised soon that I am not the only person on hold to talk to her she got several conversations going on at one time. KNN! Super Tua Kong! :*: So I hung up and never called again. ;)

4 SIM cards....4 times the RADIATION. You want to die young?

Not the case because you won't be able to talk on all 4 lines at once. Only one at a time, the rest only standby for incoming or outgoing calls / SMS.

In the event if you carried 4 handphones then you may be able to talk on all 4 lines at once, and get 4 X radiation.

This radiation thing became a part of our lives already. Not only the phones, bluetooth and microwave ovens and even PC also have radiation. Don't forget that the Fukushima pollutions are also coming our way. ;) so how? Mati lah!

We will never live forever anyway.

I tell you it's better to have the phone line engaged then have someone answer your call and tell you to wait. Really insulting.

It's correct that the phone that can have a few sim cards in it prevent calls from other sims to call in, a human can only have 1 convo at 1 time not 2 convos.
