Ng Eng Hen (the new Defence Minister) was the guest of honour for the show.
Apparently, people were not supposed to enter the show until he officially opened it. There was already a large crowd building up, waiting outside at the entrance and he was late! Supposed to be 9:30am but he came like 15 mins later. People were getting agitated.
Finally he came and people started jeering at him... then while he was walking slowly to the entrance to officially open the show, someone shouted from the crowd: "FASTER LAH!"
Man, I must say, it's a very different Singapore now after GE2011.... Singaporeans don't hold Ministers in such high awe as last time....

F-22s are not sold to foreign air forces by law

F-35s have not gone into mass production and the US military and then tier 1 participants will get first crack at the first production lots having paid for the development costs early in the development phase
