In the video, the man is heard spewing vulgarities and threatening to sue the driver who recorded the entire incident.
The man recording the video told Stomp that he was queuing at the side of the road with signals indicating that he was waiting for a lot.
According to him, the carpark was full and he waited at the side to avoid blocking the road.
He then said that a man drove in and wanted to cut his lane.
"I move in the lane and he just missed hitting my door by 1cm. He then started swearing, cursing and saying he has a lot of money, tons of money," he said.
After he parked his car, the man who almost knocked into him got out of his black Jaguar and started cursing and threatening to sue.
"His saliva was spraying all over my face. Yuck," exclaimed the driver, who kept telling the raging man that he never swore or pointed a finger at him.
Towards the end of the two and a half minutes of shouting, swearing and pointing, a woman from the black Jaguar got out and attempted to pacify the man, who eventually got into his car and drove off.
