Just call a tender. We can get very cheap govt. If they screw up we can LD them.

That's because in US,

We have tonnes of well-educated people
50%+ of our population are university graduates
And those people who want to serve in Govt do it not for $
Those smart ones who want $ go to Silicon Valley or Wall Street

In Singapore, only 10% to 15% have a real degree from a recognized university from SG, EU or US
That's why you pay more get the top ones to hire them
