I have a story to share. A friend of mine works in retail. One day, a Pinoy couple came in and asked,” do you have size 40?” my friend said,” we are out of that size and the largest we have is 36 but let me check if there are some more at the back.” so my friend went to the back. Search and search there were none. My friend came and told her. She asked my friend,” are you Filipino?” my friend said,”no maam, I’m Singaporean.” she replied,”your company shd employ Filipinos becos Filipinos are best at customer service. My friend was dumbfounded. Is it any wonder why people look down on Filipinos? They are so vile and insecured. I used to fly n I served them when i fly to Manila n I remember one thing abt them. Total delusion abt themselves with huge egos but super fragile. These people forgot they are from third world country. They must be the worst FTs here. I know many people who had encounters with pinoys n so far nothing is good that I heard. I don’t think I can ever change my low opinions of pinoys.. Nuff said…

A little diversion. No a serious one. The FTs especially in the financial sectors are cornering the job market giving our sons and daughters a really rough time. I think there is some kind of a discreet conspiracy going on. I have heard of several cases. They make our sons and daughters work ridiculously long hours. Many could not take the pressure left their jobs only to
be filled in by FTs. Is MOE monitoring this situation?
Also to be one of them, the FT bosses in keeping with their lifestyle back home would expect you to join them in their drinking sessions and our reluctant sons and daughters find it difficult to excuse themselves. Then there is the moral question. It is fast becoming the executive culture here brought by these FTs. You drink and get drunk and you are accepted into the circle and our daughters particularly lose their values and pride. Some have become influenced and are happily Immersed and dancing in the circus. If you think what is said is utter rubbish, check it out. Is this the shameful price we are paying to always expand and to be in the top league which is basically to serve the interests of our elites who may or may not be aware of it all. Do we compromise our values, our dignity and put at risk our social norms? Is this the price we are paying in our headlong rush for so-called progress?

They must be the worst FTs here. I know many people who had encounters with pinoys n so far nothing is good that I heard. I don’t think I can ever change my low opinions of pinoys..

I disagree...... the pinays are great in the sack :p ........ but I agree the male pinoys should malatek back to their cuntry.

I have a friend whose sister is the HR manager of an Architectural firm....... she says that filipino architects with highly qualified certifications and work experience are applying for work here as draughtsmen.

They get paid more as a draughtsmen here than as an architect back home..... once they get employment here then they will bring in thier fellow countrymen into their company....... the number of pinoy draughtsmen working in the industry now outnumber our locals........ with many singkee draughtsmen out of work.

My friend sister's company does not have any local draughtsmen now as all of them are pinoys and a burmese...... even as HR manager she has no choice as the instructions to employ these foreigners over the locals came from the company Directors.

As locals, we definitely can do something if we unite and fight back.

1. BOYCOTT places that employ all/majority of FT's in their workforce.

2. Do not patronise places owned by FT's.

3. In places where there are mixed locals//FT's service staff, chose the local staff
to serve you so that the locals earn the commission and not the FT's.

WE want to make sure the FT's that steal jobs from locals are made to feel they
are not welcomed here.

My suggestion apply mainly to sectors/jobs where locals can easily perform the task but FT's are imported in large numbers and locals have lost jobs-like retail, financial services and IT.

We still want to welcome FT's to work in areas where locals traditionally shun eg
as construction workers, rubbish collectors, cleaners, maids, masseue,entertainers ect2.

I would also welcome FT's who are highly qualified professionals who can impart knowledge and skills to our local workforce.

If locals unite, we can do it and teach the Pappy a lesson-and send them a strong message by booting out the father, son and (holy) goh

There are always some bad hats in every race but as a whole I notice that these Pinoys are rather friendly lot and customer friendly. As for their work attitude they tend to go a little slow and relax kind of like our local m&ds but you can see they do have this drive to improve their standards of living in MOST of them.

If I am the guy being doubted by this junk pinoy, I would have concurred by telling her that pinoy is indeed good in serving their customers thru their tits. She can witness them in geylang, all hounding for Ah Neh pricks on weekend.
