if there's shortfall or there's excess donation, then what?

BryanT - What happens to the money? I wonder what would happen if there are funds raised but they fall short of the $20k mark.

Does the court allows CSJ to do "part payment" to reduce the jail sentence corresponding to the amount tendered?

If not, then in the name of transparency (ala whjho), CSJ should state clearly what happens to the donations which were offered to bail him out.

Will they be returned to donors, retained by CSJ, or transferred to SDP coffers, and in that case, in whose names?

CSJ should be clear about this to ensure proper accountability to the donors.

is there a guideline on this? if there's a shortfall, chee shall still end up in jail. then how? would mrs chee return the donation? after all the donations are to help save chee's butt. what if there's an excessive donation though that would be a freak happening, what would the money be used for?

why donate to the wifey and NOT to the any SDP's trusted bearer if there's one by the way?
