sell for onli $285k...must be somewhere ulu like marsiling lah.....tampines chao chao also can sell above $300k anytime...somemore so happy living in the tent...and then all the money go back to CPF....WTF...lan lan give money to whorejinx to gamble...so happy some more..sinkies are real duds.....LOL

East Coast beach not as ideal as Sembawang beach. At Sembawang, it is not so crowded. If you need cheap food, drinks nd cigs, can always swim across. At East Coast, it is too far to Batam.
can try to be a professional "squatter" in cruise ship, such as Leisure World. Just checked in $500 on weekdays, you get about $520 chips, with free cabin, free food and drinks, even free wine/beer if you are a member
but it is not easy to do this... have to control yourself not to gamble
