Retarded peasants that likes to gamble and call for chickens have no place in my company.

I have just fired my Singaporean employee when I found out that he has been surfing Sammyboy Sex Forum during office hours. He has been giving me a lot of problems and this is the final straw. I am happy to be rid of him. He is not productive at all cause he likes to surf net and he has to serve Reservist that takes up to 3 weeks in a year plus some spastic RT crap.

Imagine losing your employee for 3 weeks when your company is having its busiest period plus he can't work OT due to some stupid RT training and the official Annual Leave and the result is he is MIA for long periods of time

I am going to hire younger Foreign Talents for a lesser amount who can work much more productively.
