JB was definitley more dangerous than Singapore in the past.
Singapore is definitely catching up with two giant $12 billion gaming dens and thier associated problems.

He's a crafty person & it wouldn't surprise me if he used his SS connections to make deals with them. Some say the PAP was involved in the Bukit Ho Swee fire? A job subconned to the SS?

Spore's media probably played it up to dissuade Sporeans from visiting JB.

But when no one is arrested, they will not classify case as rioting. Even when some are arrested and statements given, they will, if they can, downgrade the offence. Yes, never believe the stats. It is well massaged.

A break-in may not be successful, leaving ample evidence behind. Police will not classify as attempted housebreaking but mischief. You need the door to collapse before they may consider a more serious offence.

To be fair to PAP and the Police, this is done all over the world by all organisations to suit their objective(s). The difference being the percentage of believers. Over here, I suspect our citizens are easily conned because they have already been brainwashed many times over and they think like frogs in a well.
