SINGAPORE: A 35-year-old Vietnamese woman was arrested on Thursday for soliciting for prostitution at the Marina Bay Sands casino.

Police were conducting anti-crime patrol at the casino when the woman approached one of the officers.

She reportedly offered the officer sexual services for S$200.

The woman persisted in her offer despite the officer's rejection.

The officer then identified himself and arrested the woman.

She will be charged on Saturday in court and if found guilty she could be fined a sum not exceeding S$1,000.

Other than a level political playing field, they enjoy a higher quality of life than their Asian brethren. Jeez, Sg kids in school even know the different sushi names whereas when I have lunch at at Jap joint, I only go by Set A or Set B..... S'poreans have become a pretty sophisticated lot!! Where commercial success is concerned, Sg is very accomplished. Now, whether this is because of the government's doing or not, that's left to the individual's senses.

Whenever I speak to my Sgn relatives, they ask me what the employment percentage is in Canada; and by comparison, Sg's looks very good whereas I can only talk about what I last barbecued which no one I know in peesai even cares.

Whether these 66.6% are prostitutes or not, it is a matter of how hungry one can get. As far as I can see, they are not, and they don't intend to be.

My parents can not vote, they are dead, siblings I have few, relatives I cannot vouch for them if they want to prostitute themselves, but my immediate family I can guarantee they have backbones not to do so...
