True that human are entitled their rights but the freedom of speech can only be given to people who are mature. If not, the world would be chaotic if everyone talk nonsense with no repercussion.

All humans are entitled their rights, not just americans. Responsibility is a matter of opinion, you can differ but you cant impose.

A right is not a privilege. Freedom of speech is a basic human right, everyone can say what they want, mature or not. It's an entitlement, it's not a privilege that has to be given.

Developed democratic countries in the west and europe, asian countries like Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hongkong they all allow freedom of speech. Did the world become chaotic?

You are wasting your time explaining about freedom of speech to people who cannot differentiate what can be said and what cannot be said. They are people who thinks that FREEDOM OF SPEECH means saying anything they like, whether its true or fake, they are not bothered.

Example, 2 presidential candidates are running for election. In order to hurt the chances, the opponents used photoshoped photos and accused that candidate of adultery, a person with questionable moral integrity, when there is no such thing. When you confront the accuser, he tells you this is FREEDOM of SPEECH and there is nothing you can do, neither sue him for libel as its up to people to believe on the authenticity of the photos and what he said.
