Why Singnet so slow?

KNN why is the 6Mbs Singnet broadband slower than the 2Mbs broadband I used in China? Signal is also weaker and not as stable.

Modem problem or is Singnet s rip off?

KNNCCB Singtel. That what happen to me too. Feedback also no use.
Must fine the Singtel because they are unable to provide even half of the speed in the contract.
Next time better said 1G but provide only 56k. Singapore gov/PAP close eye on this problem.

So how? Starhub any better? I can stand it anymore. Can't even use 2 PCs at the same time!

I think the free modem also fark up. I went to the neigbouring room only and the signal drop by 3 bars! KNN worst than my china brand modem.

Are you trying to access China websites from Singapore? There is a world of difference accessing China from China!

So, don't want you end up wasting silly money.

Its not just China websites. I'm assessing the same websites (likw this forum) in China (with a supposingly slower broadband) using the PC but the speed is significantly slower here. Someone must be lying right? How can a 1st world internet connection be slower than a 3rd world?

What I can say is the complaints from Starhub and Singtel are quite even. You don't want to jump into the deep blue sea while escaping the devil.

I believe you have to look at other variables, but is all up to you.

They tweek your bandwidth throughout the day. Now they trying to giver more to MIO for EPL.
