Why China women want our Permanent Resident status so much ?

All the China women I know regardless either they are degree holders that do a good salary jobs in China or once they come here to as KTV girls before (without qualifications)... all of them want to get our Singapore Permanent Resident status very much.

After they heard news the our garment want to bring in 100,000 foreign workers.. they started to enquire about S-Pass or work permit. How long they work here then can self apply PR

Is it really Singapore Permanent Resident status so valuable to China women

The same rule applies to most countries. A distinction is made between the name of the country and its nationals.

• France - French

I ever asked my China staff whether they would consider working In Singapore. They simply not very interested. They would go for more cosmo cities like London, New York and even Dubai or Hong Kong (proximity to mainland). Singapore salary scale is not attractive and it does not offer much opportunities or exposures.

My clerks are getting RMB7000 a month, my junior managers are getting RMB15,000 and mid level managers are already getting more than RMB25,000 a month. There are tons of opportunities here and they get calls from headhunters all the time. Those that are on profit sharing/commmission or who can receive "grey income" earns a whole lot more. You can easily find ordinary workers who owns more than 2 properties here.

Everyone is enjoying the good life and good pay here In China so who give a shit about S"pore PR?

Yes and don't forget that what we want are "Foreign Talents" and not unemployed graduates. You need to compare apple with apple. Talents don't come cheap. If we are importing 100,000 "FTs" and paying them S$800 a month, I'm sure they are very interested in getting PR too.
