目击者也指称，事发时看到马国毕穿越马路去尿尿，座车则“轰”的一声冒出浓烟。 警方也在马国毕的车内驾驶座发现1瓶高粱酒，驾驶座旁则有1个烤肉架，内有燃烧过的木炭，车后座还放了烤肉网。
