Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia can be very strong if KL Putra-Jaya move to Johor Baru and Jakarta move to Batam. If the three Governments centralize, the government office together and make it become one bigger city with three party joint committee from Johor Baru, Singapore and Batam with hardware and software venture. The joint force will be equal to Aichi - Akita - Aomori - Chiba - Ehime - Fukui - Fukuoka - Fukushima - Gifu - Gunma - Hiroshima - Hokkaidō - Hyōgo - Ibaraki - Ishikawa - Iwate - Kagawa - Kagoshima - Kanagawa - Kōchi - Kumamoto - Kyoto - Mie - Miyagi - Miyazaki - Nagano - Nagasaki - Nara - Niigata - Ōita - Okayama - Okinawa - Osaka - Saga - Saitama - Shiga - Shimane - Shizuoka - Tochigi - Tokushima - Tokyo - Tottori - Toyama - Wakayama - Yamagata - Yamaguchi - Yamanashi, Mumbai (Bombay), Delhi, Kolkata (Calcutta), Chennai (Madras), Bangalore, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tianjin, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Chongqing and Nanjing.
