He wouldn't need to - that area has been flood prone for a LONG time, even with moderate rain. I have written many times because I use to work around there. They've even sent their officers down numerous times but have not solved it.

The worst time I remember was 6 inches to walk through, soaked and pissed.


Today 2 lanes were flooded.

The small lane / alley between the shops and NAFA was like a small creek with rubbish floating and one abandoned shopping cart in there.

Looks crazy.

I got my socks wet just to get these video using my handphone.

No camera on me today, because this 2 week it was scheduled for court, I don't want to have to deposit camera there. Troublesome. This is the TBT @ Toa Payoh trial - 12 accused persons.:oIo: screw LEEgime, I was only there to take video and they charged me.
