How long will Singapore's finance boom last?

Quite different from IT/Engineering/Bioscience boom, Finance is open to both female and males.

Will this mean we will have a very large pool of trained graduates in the future?
As everyone knows, this will lead to depressed wages and increased competition.
Are we on the spiral to another bust soon?


I doubt the industry can keep accepting new graduates by the thousands each year.

Any thoughts?

Those who get in at good starting positions would be those who are first-class students, that would not number in the thousands that's for sure.

The others would probably be hired as bank clerks, "analysts" (same as clerical) and receptionists on two-year contracts?
