Only small % convert citizen to others country. And the amount is very small.
So unlikely gov to plug the hole.
Most of those convert citizen are working in oversea for at least few year and they don't have much CPF contribution .
One thing for sure is gov will keep increasing the CPF acc min limit before can withdraw the money. In 10 years time maybe min. limit is $200k and most peasant dont even have $100k because most of it going to pigeonhole.
Do a survey you will know.
How many have more than $100k in OC now those buying HDB?
