This dish of Chilean seabass penne pasta from Cafe Panini in OUB Centre cost STOMPer chilean stud $14 but it turned out to be a plate of spaghetti with carrots and onions in cream sauce. He is displeased with the price charged for the standard of food served.

Said the STOMPer:

"I was at Cafe Panini in OUB Centre for lunch so I ordered their Chilean seabass penne pasta.

"To my utmost horror, the dish was worse than instant pasta in Campbell's soup.

"There was not even a tiny morsel of fish visible and it was just spaghetti with carrots and onions in watery cream sauce.

"I was absolutely appalled by the standard of their food and the exorbitant price they charged.

"It's absolutely mind boggling how the owner can cater to the CBD crowd providing food of this standard.

"When I spoke with the owner, she insisted that the fish was blended into the sauce and that it was their most popular dish.

"Worst dining experience ever."
