POLICE are seeking this man in connection with two pawnshop thefts in Woodlands and Jurong West.
In both cases, the suspect posed as a potential customer, then asked the shopkeeper to take out a piece of jewellery for him to try on and even tried to bargain over the price.
Then would suddenly dash out of the shop, taking the jewellery with him.
