Re: China couple quarrel outside hostel at NTU

I won't be so quick to brand the female half of a quarreling couple a whore. It is not unusual for young couples of any nationality to let their emotions get the better of them. It's part of growing up, and does not reflect on the academic abilities of the people making such 'displays'.

Re: China couple quarrel outside hostel at NTU

I don't think she's a whore either, but it's true that prc nationals tend to get very emotional and agitated over their romantic affairs.
There was once I walking along the street in the evening, when I saw a prc young man stumbling around in a drunken stupor. He was walking off the curb and onto the road, causing danger to himself, pedestrians and motorists. His friend was trying to control him but he was out of control. He was crying, wailing, walking unsteadily, all the time screaming about some woman.

I thought to myself "Take yourself and your emotional problems back to China. This is what our elitist government has given us, while at the same time protecting themselves and their families from the likes of this".

I have personally encountered many cases of local friends and strangers having love affair problems. But none of them ever went onto the road in a drunken stupor screaming and wailing.
