Yup,was at taka when it rain...very chaotic saw many car owners panic some lunching halfway drive their car out from the basement car park,shopkeepers keep going in out of their shop checking water level rising or not...saw a few ang moh guys too similar to the one diving the other day,with a plastic bag looks like a set of snorkelling gear inside....yup when it rains it sure pours.....
