I think TS went to the discount showroom of the IT show.

I went to SONY and purchased their most expensive NOTEBOOK; gold plated and encrusted with diamonds. The Japanese female manager there said it came with home setup and she will PERSONALLY do it for me.

Of course I said yes. And she followed me home to do the setup. Setup was SOP.

Moral of the story is do not visit BARGAIN counters. Go for the ex ones.
