Did he establish the selling price first or the market price first ?

Isn't the market price that determines the selling price ? That is to say they could have sold you at the market price, but because they're good government they sell it to you below market price.

Right to check the cash flow in the HDB financial statement. If they really subsidise $2 then their profit of $1 will become only $(3-2-2) a loss of $1.
