Fear creates obedience

Men are governed by two powerful forces: fear and desire. This reality is reflected in the story of the Garden of Eden, where God warned Adam not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, declaring that if he did, he would surely die. In this account, the warning of death functions as a powerful deterrent, appealing to the fear of death as a means of securing obedience.
The Serpent, on the other hand, appealed to desire. Others have argued that the Fall was part of a larger redemptive plan, ultimately revealing God's grace through salvation. These are all 自圓其說, okay?
The truth is God miscalculated.

How does the Red Queen effect work?
The Red Queen Effect (often called the Red Queen Hypothesis) is a concept stating that in competitive environments, entities must constantly adapt, evolve, and innovate just to survive and maintain their current position, rather than to get ahead.
