1. CB does a project well. Everyone praises her. If she makes a mistake, most likely she will be forgiven by bosses (including myself).

2. NCB does a project well. Dont get as much praises as CB. If she makes a mistake, gets lots of criticism and condemnation. (For me, just have a chat with her, go thru her mistake and tell her no second time)

In circle of friends:

CB gets all the praises while NCB gets limited attention.

In the gym:

CB again gets better coaching by trainers while NCB get just standard coaching for what she paid for.

It's definitely good to be a CB. Surely, a CB can find a wealthier partner than a non NCB. NCB have to settle for lower tier men.
