Who's a better player - Lionel Messi or Diego Maradona?

Please do not try to confuse, when you cannot convince. The comparison between Bale and Zidane is using the stats of 2 Real Madrid players. Do not compare apples with oranges.

You as usual demonstrate that there's little between your ears. I said raw stats don't apply to great footballers unlike say, baseball players or tennis players. Because football is a game of art. So it doesn't matter whether you're comparing Real Madrid with Real Madrid, or Real with Liverpool, or stats involving playing for England vs playing for Argentina.

Comprende?

By resorting to insults in your opening statement, it is already clear that you have lost the debate. When you shift from attacking the argument to attacking me, it is an admission that you have run out of valid counterpoints, facts or even logical refutations. By targeting my character, you are trying to change the subject. This shows clearly that you are an idiot.

Maradona was better. feel that the 80s and 90s football players were superior compared to today.
The individual flair of modern footballers is stifled by rigid systems adopted by inflexible managers. Even in the 1980s and 90s, a succession of England managers did not trust players of exceptional skills like Glenn Hoddle, Matt Le Tissier, Chris Waddle, Paul Gascoigne, Trevor Brooking etc.
