The PAP's core promise is on full employment and broad-based prosperity. They maintain that "a job is the best welfare", and that steady GDP growth is required to fund public services. Unfortunately, when 4 in every 5 newly created jobs go to foreigners, it is clear that the PAP has failed S'poreans big time.
