The way Russia fight Ukraine to minimize casualties. Let Ukraine attack and pound them with artillery.
Of course, ukraine now uses long range drones provided by UK and Germany in huge quantities which are destroying economic targets within Russia itself. And almost assassinated Putin while he wan on the phone talking to Trump. So how Russia deal with this, we will see the result soon.
