#NSTnation The Attorney-General's Chambers (A-GC) has directed police to classify investigations into the crash that claimed five lives, including a family of four at Simpang Renggam, as murder and reckless driving causing death.

Attorney General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar said the final determination on the appropriate charges would only be made after the A-GC had thoroughly reviewed the findings of the police investigation.

"We have instructed that the investigation be classified as murder and reckless driving causing the death of road users," he told the New Straits Times.

I dunno where anwar got this new, AG from. I was told he is not qualified for the job.
Charge for murder must have intention or motive. . If no, judge will throw this out. But murder charge no bail. So stuck in jail until case over which may take years. Then appeal etc. Minimum, maybe 10 years
Some more guy car not involved in crash. So maybe complicit only. But he knows the brudder died due to racing. Dunno who started first. His family also broken by now. One dead don. Another facing death sentence. Or life.

Owing to affirmative action in Malaysia, all Malays in positions of authority are unqualified for their jobs. They are 'post turtles' who didn't get up to that high position on their, do not know what to do once they are up there and makes us wonder who was the idiot who promoted him to that high position in the first place.
