ACS Old Pervert @True Believer steals multiple female undergarments outside HDB unit over 1 year

A Woodlands resident was left in shock after discovering that several pieces of his female family members' undergarments had gone missing from the laundry poles outside their HDB flat.

Even more disturbing was the discovery that this was not an isolated incident.

After reviewing a neighbour’s CCTV footage, he found that the same man had struck multiple times as far back as February 2025.

In one incident, the man can be seen creeping over to the laundry pole and peeking to ensure the coast was clear before appearing to grab the underwear.

The police confirmed with Mothership that they received a call for assistance at the Woodlands Street 83 block on May 11 at approximately 7:15pm.

Investigations are currently ongoing.
