Is distilled water good for you?

rain and snow water goes thru’ natural form of distillation by evaporation and condensation. it’s the purest form of any water source.

I am thinking of installing a RO (reverse osmosis) filtration system for my own water consumption.
3M water filter best never go wrong with that they got distributors in every country just call book appointment for installation, got super large capacity 1 year install under sink

Best fresh water on the good Earth found by my village at Lake Victoria

RO do not give distilled water?
of course not. distillation involves evaporation and condensation with h2o being converted from fluid state to vapor then back to fluid. ro uses membranes to sextract water from fluid form to filter out impurities and retains water in its fluid state, although not all impurities can be eliminated. distillation can remove all impurities including sextremely tiny compounds and molecules that can seep thru’ the most advanced ro membranes.

My main interest is that RO can removed fluoride in water.

for that i think you need a supplemental filtration like activated carbon filtration on top of ro. ro alone also cannot remove chlorine and chloroform most of the time in home-installed ro systems. i use a distillation system at home to get clean pure water. and after distillation add trace minerals comprising magnesium, chloride, sodium, potassium.

in sillycon valley, cities use commercial grade ro systems to filter sewage water to recycle it for “grey water” use, i.e. for watering golf courses, parks, cleaning of public open spaces and flushing of clogged drainage and sewage ducts only. it is never intended for drinking. only ground water (aquifers) from reservoirs that accumulate and streams that flow from the mountains after the snow thaw is naturally or sedimentary filtered then stored and filtered again in tanks (by settling and time) and inspected before being pumped to homes and businesses. sillycon valley cities don’t add nor mix “grey water” to the reservoirs nor tanks meant for human consumption. the water from snow thaw is clean and fresh but goes thru’ the mountains, hills and streams collecting ground minerals along the way before settling in both open and underground reservoirs.

sg bo pian doesn’t have the climate to produce snow, vast land and mountainous terrain to naturally filter and add natural minerals so must resort to mixing shit and waste water with rain and johor water to serve millions of inhabitants plus millions more of foreign trash. there’s a price to pay and eventually will lead to health issues for everyone on the island (unless the wealthy elites know their shit and distill water for only themselves, or they just drink imported bottled water from mountain springs).
