Witnessed a possible attempt at assault - but is it worth reporting?

General

Saw two (didn’t have a local vibe) men dragging a lady by the hand from a bus to GRID building. She was struggling and slapping one of them on the face. I immediately cut in and basically screamed and blocked them off with an umbrella while the lady escaped into the crowd. The men said they’re “sorry sorry” and basically dashed in the direction the lady rushed off to. It all happened in seconds and there was only so much vigilantism I could do with an infant strapped to my chest.

It’s not clear to me if the trio was aquatinted or if the creeps targeted a random lady and did they just try to drag her somewhere… just that the vibes were pretty bad.

Worth making a police report over? Like, nothing f really happened and I’m just a bystander. And yet, it just feels wrong to let guys drag women around like that.

It is pretty clear that the 2 men are acquainted with the woman, or she would have begged the person with the baby to protect her or call 999 on the spot.
