I could be wrong but I think the guy who got scammed until this extend should be someone not very intelligent and probably inherited the money or someone from those garhmen sectors or something.... If someone is in those illegal trades, they are usually very sharp and intelligent one. They can probably smell BS from a hundred miles away.
