More and more people cannot afford to have meals at McDonald . Do you agree ? I can’t afford

The problem is that S'pore is the most expensive city in the world to live in. Imagine coping with the First World cost of living on Third World wages for many locals. More and more S'poreans simply cannot eat out whether it is at a hawker centre, food court, fast food eatery or restaurant.

I prepare all 6 meals a day myself..... coolie food outside not enough nutrition and full of coolie carbs..... office have small grill and microwave for my chicken fillet, oat meals... eggs, protein shake....

Honestly, it’s getting ridiculous. I remember when you could grab a full meal for five or six bucks, but now you’re looking at $10 to $12 for a basic combo unless you're constantly refreshing the app for deals.

At those prices, it’s not even "fast food" value anymore. I’ve actually found myself going to local diners or fast-casual spots instead, often the price is nearly the same, but the quality is way better. If you have to budget for McDonald's like it's a sit-down restaurant, something is definitely broken.
